We starting as soon as the city will shine (mid November). The best time to see the lights is from 6 p.m. to midnight. We provide very warm and soft blankets and hot water bottles so don’t be scared of snow and ice! In case of rain showers we have transparent roof. Rickshaws can fit up to 3 persons, are suitable for night driving and they meet all safety standards
